Money20/20 Europe already had a reputation as the continent’s most influential fintech gathering, but its 2025 edition in Amsterdam set out to raise the bar even higher. With over 7,400 attendees, 2,300 attending companies, and 450+ speakers from more than 100 countries, the ambition was not only to convene the industry but to create an environment that immersed, engaged, and inspired at every turn.

That’s when Money20/20 Europe called on The Agency Cleo. From concept through to delivery, we designed and delivered bespoke experiential activations that became the heartbeat of the event. Each activation was carefully crafted to spark discovery, deepen engagement, and foster meaningful connections between attendees, sponsors, and ideas.

At the venue, we managed every aspect of build, rehearsal, and live execution with precision - coordinating suppliers, schedules, and logistics dynamically to ensure seamless delivery. Our team conducted daily on-site huddles with the client to refine programming, troubleshoot in real time, and celebrate success together, ensuring confidence and alignment from start to finish.

The results spoke volumes. The event welcomed 330+ sponsors, including some of the biggest names in the industry such as EY, Mastercard, Visa, AWS, Ripple, and Accenture. Survey results showed that 98% of attendees rated The Agency Cleo’s activations as “exceptional,” naming them the most memorable element of the event. Social media buzz followed suit, with engagement rising 40% above prior benchmarks.
